CENFINITY Meet and Assist Service
CENFINITY Platinum and Diamond members are entitled to a premium, seamless travel experience with our exclusive Meet and Assist Service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. This service is available for any international flight with any airline.
- Privileges are limited to 2 rights per CENFINITY Platinum member throughout the promotion, and 4 rights per CENFINITY Diamond member throughout the promotion.

Members are requested to obtain the special code from the “My Coupon” section in the The 1 Application prior to making a reservation for the service. For CENFINITY Platinum members who have newly received or upgraded their status during the year, the privilege will be available starting January 1 of the following year.
Complimentary Meet and Assist service at Suvarnabhumi Airport for any international flight with any airline. Members can choose to use the service for departure, arrival, or both, with no restrictions on flights or airlines.
- Personal Butler service for departure flights.
- Personal Butler service and Buggy service within the airport for arrival flights only.
Terms & Conditions
- According to airport policy & regulations, the available service for departure flights includes a Personal Butler and Fast Track Immigration services only (the Buggy service within the airport is NOT available)
- If members arrive at gates D4, D6 Remote Area (Bus Gate), and Satellite Terminal (SAT-1), they will receive only the Personal Butler service; Buggy service will not be provided. Members cannot request a refund of the benefit in this case.
- In case of cancellation or change of travel plans, members can cancel or change their reservation at least 48 hours before the travel date. If less than 48 hours, the company reserves the right not to refund the benefit under any circumstances.
How to redeem the special offer:
- Reserve the service by using the special code from the “my coupon” section and register at https://mkt.central.co.th/Meet-and-Assist-PlatinumDiamond. Ensure all information and travel details are provided.
- Please read the service details, terms and conditions, and click accept the service information before making any reservations.
- Reservation of the service should be completed at least 72 hours before the travel date. If the reservation is made less than 72 hours in advance, the company may not be able to confirm the reservation.
- Members must receive a Booking Confirmation and service details via the registered email to complete the reservation.
- Present the confirmation letter and show the physical membership card or the membership card from The 1 application to the staff at the designated meeting point at the appointed time.
