  • All prices are in Thai Baht and are subject to a 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.
  • Blackout dates may apply at the restaurant’s discretion during special events, curated dining experiences (including wine dinners and guest chef collaborations), festive seasons, public holidays, and full or partial restaurant buyouts.
  • A maximum of four guests per reservation is permitted under this privilege.
  • A deposit (credit card guarantee) is required for reservations exceeding four guests.
  • For groups of more than four guests dining à la carte, advance pre-order of selected menu items is required to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • This privilege is valid for dine-in only and cannot be used for takeaway, delivery, or other off-premise services.
  • This privilege cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges, or vouchers.
  • Advance reservation is required at least 24 hours prior to dining.
  • CENFINITY members must present a physical membership card or their membership via The 1 application to verify eligibility when redeeming the privilege.
  • Redeemed points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or points.
  • The use of The 1 points is subject to the company’s terms and conditions.
  • Screenshots of redemption codes will not be accepted.
  • The company reserves the right to refund redeemed points if the redemption code is unused within the specified validity period.
  • The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged coupon codes or vouchers. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in full.
  • Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
