Membership Status and Up-Tiering
Within the CENFINITY programme, membership is carefully considered based on distinct spending criteria. The programme is segmented into three prestigious tiers: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
After you have become a CENFINITY member, the accumulated spending amount through your The 1 account within the specified period (1 January – 31 December) will be taken into consideration for upgrading your membership status from Gold to Platinum and that status is effective until the end of following year. For Diamond-level membership status, which is the highest membership status in CENFINITY, consideration will be given for an exclusive invitation to upgrade based on criteria specified specifically.
Note: To fast-track your membership progression, purchases at Central and Robinson Department Store (excluding Jewlery) will be counted at a doubled accumulation rate (x2) following your initial membership attainment or annual membership renewal.
CENFINITY membership status will terminate in the following year after the year in which you have accumulated spending, regardless of your current membership level. Therefore, if you accumulate spending within the specified criteria during the year, you will be entitled to receive benefits starting from the next month.
Membership Tier and Criteria
The company will evaluate the accrual of purchase total via The 1 Account, encompassing transactions at affiliated stores within Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, and Central Embassy throughout the calendar year (from 1st January to 31st December).
Your membership status will be active from the acceptance date and remain valid until 31st December of the following year.
Note:
1. Eligible purchase accumulation is considered according to the net spending amount after deducting all applicable discounts and cash vouchers.
2. Eligible purchase accumulation from affiliated stores is considered with receipts/invoices that match The 1 membership name and are made by the account holder. The purchase date must also match the accumulation date at the customer service points at Central Embassy, Central Department Store, and Robinson Department Store only. Purchases cannot be accumulated from previous dates or across different stores under any circumstances.
3. Accumulation criteria and the list of participating stores may be subject to change without prior notice.

Note: The accumulation of eligible purchases excludes transactions from Central Food Hall, Tops Market, Tops Superstore (Central Food Retail Company Limited), Power Buy (Power Buy Company Limited), B2S (B2S Company Limited), and Supersports (CRC Sport Company Limited). Purchases from beauty clinics, restaurants, utility payments, gift card purchases, and financial transactions are also excluded.
