TEMPTECH MASTERCLASS BIONDI SANTI
On October 30, 2025, CENFINITY hosted the “Temptech Masterclass Biondi Santi” event at Nai Lert Villa.
The event’s theme was the allure of Italian wine aging/maturation. This masterclass was a result of a collaboration between premium partners:

The highlight of the event was the presentation of Biondi Santi wines by Ms. Eleonora Guerini, Brand Director, who attended in person to share the story of the winery from its origins and aging techniques to the unique character of each wine.
Another memorable moment for many guests was the talk by Ajarn Pairat Intaput, former President of the Thailand Sommelier Association, who shared his expertise on wine care and storage, along with tips on temperature control. His insights helped participants gain a deeper understanding of the wines’ flavors and personality.
The event featured a luxurious atmosphere with attention to every detail, from the dinner table setup to the Versace plate and wine glass sets, enhancing the experience of tasting Biondi Santi wines. Guests also enjoyed friendly conversations and exchanges, creating a warm and memorable ambiance throughout the event.
