WHISKEY PAIRING DINNER
On July 30, 2025, CENFINITY hosted an exclusive Whiskey Pairing Dinner in collaboration with Diageo at Penthouse Bar and Grill, Park Hyatt Bangkok — offering guests a memorable evening where legendary whiskies were perfectly paired with a meticulously curated multi-course menu.
The evening featured four exceptional expressions of Johnnie Walker: Gold Label, XR21, Blue Label, and the prestigious King George V. Each whisky was thoughtfully served in sequence, allowing guests to appreciate the distinct character and complexity of every expression. Each pour was paired with dishes specially designed by the chef to elevate the tasting experience.
One of the highlights of the night was a guided presentation by Khun Prawit “Pik” Boonnithipaisit – Senior Brand Ambassador, Diageo Reserve Thailand. With over a decade of expertise in whisky, communications, and spirits education, he shared the history, craftsmanship, and unique profiles of each Johnnie Walker expression, deepening guests’ appreciation of the brand’s legacy.
The ambiance was warm and inviting, with elegantly set dinner tables and perfectly poured whisky awaiting each guest. Attendees enjoyed engaging conversations and knowledge-sharing about whisky, accompanied by the smooth sounds of a live Trio Band, which added a touch of sophistication and relaxation to the evening.
