How to Get Privileges
- Please make your reservation at least 14 days in advance via: https://mkt.central.co.th/CENF-Hankyu
- Complete your travel information and select your preferred benefits.
- Members will receive an automated reply email within 24 hours after successfully completing and submitting the registration form. If you do not receive the email, please contact the CENFINITY Call Center or your Personal Assistant to confirm your reservation.
- If the department store is able to accommodate the requested date and time, members will receive a Confirmation of Booking by email within 5 business days from the registration date. The reservation will only be considered complete once the Confirmation of Booking has been received.
- Please present the following original documents upon arrival at your reserved date and time to receive your Service Trial Pass and enjoy its benefits.
1. Original passport (photocopies and digital images are not accepted).
2. CENFINITY Membership Card displayed in The 1 App.
3. The Confirmation Email - Physical membership cards are not accepted.
- Please ensure The 1 App is set to English in advance, as your name in English is required for verification.
- Reservation Confirmation Email showing your reservation number.
- Issuance Limit: Up to three times per customer. Customers will be registered as full VIP members upon meeting the Overseas Customer VIP Club criteria (JPY 1,000,000 / 1 year, after discounts and benefits, excluding tax); membership tier is determined by total accumulated purchase.
- Validity: One week including the date of issuance.
Terms & Conditions
- Usage Method: Use of the attendant service is required, and reservations should be made in advance. The PASS will be issued upon presentation of both the passport and CENFINITY membership card, as long as the English characters on the two documents match.
- Place of Issue: Concierge Counter (6F), Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store
