CENFINITY Platinum and Diamond members are entitled to a premium, seamless travel experience with our exclusive Meet and Assist Service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. This service is available for any international flight with any airline.

Members may choose to use the service for either arrival or departure on international flights:

  • Departure Flights
    Enjoy the assistance of a personal butler, who will take care of you from the beginning of your journey.

  • Arrival Flights
    Experience a full-service welcome with a personal butler and buggy service for in-terminal transport.

Each use of the service—whether for arrival or departure—counts as one usage right.

How to Redeem:

  • Step 1: Retrieve Your Redemption Code
    Go to “My Coupons” on The 1 Application to access your exclusive code.
  • Step 2: Register in Advance

Important Conditions:

  • Reservations must be made at least 72 hours before your travel time.

  • You must read and accept the service terms and conditions before confirming your registration.

  • Your reservation is complete only after you receive a booking confirmation email, which will include your appointment details.

  • On your travel day, please present your Booking Confirmation email along with your physical membership card or digital card via The 1 Application to staff at the designated meeting point.
